At Homaid, we provide digital subscription services that allow service providers to list and promote their businesses on our platform. Since we do not sell physical products, all services are delivered digitally through your registered account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation ensures that your plan will not auto-renew for the next billing cycle.
You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
All subscription fees paid to Homaid are non-refundable once the plan is activated.
We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused periods within an active subscription.
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
Duplicate payment due to technical error.
Payment processed but subscription not activated on your account.
Any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Homaid reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
