   2.3 HomAid India reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Service Listings and Quality

   3.2 You agree to deliver services professionally and in accordance with the commitments made to customers.

   3.3 Any form of misrepresentation or fraudulent activity will lead to immediate removal from the platform.

4. Payments and Fees

   4.1 HomAid India may charge listing or service fees as outlined in our pricing policy.

   4.2 Payments for services are made directly by customers to business owners.

   4.3 HomAid India is not responsible for any disputes between service providers and customers regarding payments.

5. Reviews and Ratings

   5.1 Customers may leave reviews and ratings based on their experience with your services.

   5.2 You agree not to manipulate or fabricate reviews in any way.

   5.3 HomAid India reserves the right to remove or moderate reviews that violate our policies.

6. Prohibited Activities

   6.1 You may not use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, fraud, or misleading customers.

   6.2 Any attempt to circumvent HomAid India’s payment system or engage in unethical business practices is strictly prohibited.

   6.3 Unauthorized advertising or solicitation outside the platform is not allowed.

7. Liability and Disputes

   7.1 HomAid India is a listing and connection platform and is not responsible for the performance, quality, or outcome of services provided by business owners.

   7.2 In case of disputes, business owners and customers must attempt to resolve issues independently.

   7.3 HomAid India reserves the right to mediate disputes but is not liable for any losses incurred.

8. Termination and Suspension

   8.1 HomAid India may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or receive excessive complaints.

   8.2 Business owners can deactivate their accounts at any time by notifying HomAid India in writing.

9. Changes to Terms

   9.1 HomAid India reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. 9.2 Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

   10.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws by Government of India.

   10.2 Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi Jurisdiction.

3. Registration and Account

9. Termination
